My journey started with a simple question: How can we make life easier for stews while elevating the guest experience? After years of working in the industry, I saw the stress behind the scenes—the spreadsheets, the last-minute provisioning, the endless guest requests. I knew there had to be a better way.

Then, almost by accident, I stumbled into the world of AI. It started as a bit of fun—playing with chatbots, testing prompts, seeing what they could do.

 

But the more I explored, the more I realized how powerful this technology could be in the hands of stews. That spark of curiosity turned into a full-blown vision: an elegant, intuitive assistant that lives on WhatsApp and speaks the language of luxury service.

It’s about reducing stress, increasing tips, and making luxury hospitality feel effortless.
